【Reservation Information】

● Reservations can be made five months prior to your stay.
●Our rooms tend to be booked early. Making an early reservation is recommended.
●Please check the room availability when making a reservation.
●As a 130-year-old Kyoto Machiya Inn, noise proof has not been installed. Therefore, we are afraid that children under 6-year-old cannot be accommodated at Sanjojuku. We appreciate you for understanding and cooperation.
●Due to room availabilty, moving rooms may be required for guests staying for two or more nights.
●Please be aware that room availbility shown on the website cannot be actual information due to manual updating. In such a case occurs, our room availability may not be able to meet your request.
When we find your inquiry, we will check the room availability and respond you within 1 or 2 days for a tentative reservation.
In any case our respond has not been found two days after your inquiry had been made, please contact us at info@sanjojuku.com. Also we advise you to check your Junk Mail Folder in any case our responding email has been blocked.
●Your reservation will be completed when a respond to our confirmation email is found.
Please respond to the tentative reservation e-mail within three days to complete your reservation.
Please be aware that if we do not receive a reply to the tentative reservation e-mail within three days, room(s) will be sold to other guest(s).
Responding to the tentative reservation email would be much appreciated even in a case you do not wish to take the room(s).
●Please call us for making a reservation for a room less than three days prior to your stay.
●Please provide us details in the Inqury Body column in any case you would like to book two or more rooms and/or you have some special need.

【Cancel Policy】

●Same day or no show／100％ of one night room rate ●1 day prior to the date of arrival／80％ of one night room rate
●Cancelled 2 - 7 days prior to the date of arrival／50％ of one night room rate
●Cancelled 8 or more days prior to the date of arrival ／ No cancellation fee
* Please inform us any amnedent of your booking as soon as possible.
